What are my shipping options?

Shipping options will populate at checkout according to the shipping address provided. With this in mind, your available shipping options may change if your shipping address is updated. If your package is returned to sender, click here for more information. 

Domestic US Shipping

Standard Shipping (3-5 business day) UPS Ground - Once your order is placed, this shipping timeframe will not include the fulfillment timeframe listed at checkout. 

Expedited (2-3 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air - Once your order is placed, this shipping timeframe will not include the fulfillment timeframe listed at checkout. 

UPS Next Day Air (Monday - Thursday) - If the order is placed by 10 AM CST Monday - Thursday, the warehouse should be able to ship your order the same day. If the order is placed after 10 AM CST Monday - Thursday, please allow the warehouse to ship the order on the next business day. Any orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. 

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Our domestic shipping options do not service PO Boxes. Any orders submitted with a PO Box will not complete delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses

We are so happy to service our supporters with these shipping addresses! Our only shipping option at this time is Mail Innovation. This shipping timeframe may commonly take 20 business days for islands and 45 days for APO/FPO boxes. We ask for your patience as there may be delays between shipping updates with this service as it transfers from UPS to USPS for final delivery. 

International Shipping from the US Site

Shipping options will populate at checkout according to the shipping address provided as they differ for CA, AUS, MEX, etc. The shipping timeframe listed at checkout does not include the time that it takes our warehouse to pack your order. Please allow for the fulfillment timeframe listed at checkout along with the shipping timeframe provided by the carrier.
