If your package has made a U-turn, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your package has arrived at our warehouse.
Our Support Team will send you an email after to verify your address, and have your package reshipped as quickly as possible. If you'd rather, we can issue a refund instead (please note that if you opt for a refund, we cannot reimburse the original shipping costs).
