Route Package Protection

The Route Package Protection service is available for your purchases at checkout! If you choose to purchase ROUTE, Alphalete is no longer liable for your package after is has been fulfilled and shipped out. If for any reason your package is lost or stolen, please contact ROUTE for further information and to start a claim on your order(s). Please note, ROUTE has specified timeframes for each situation (lost, stolen, damaged packages) in which you will have to wait before they can open a claim for your package. Please also note that ROUTE protection is only valid for 30 days, starting from last tracking update on the package. 

Damaged Packages

Stolen Packages

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to make you claim with ROUTE here.
